What happens in episode 1
The episode opens on the moment the title promises. A stepson is changing in his room when his stepmom walks in and sees him, and she doesn’t pretend she didn’t.
His dad calls up from downstairs to ask whether everything is okay. The stepson answers that it’s nothing, and then the two of them are left alone with the awkwardness. He apologizes for not knocking. She asks why he didn’t cover up straight away, and whether he liked being caught.
The talk gets warmer and riskier. She warns him to be careful what he asks for, and he admits he can’t stop thinking about it. Their family tie becomes part of the tease. The episode ends with her inviting him to her room tonight and telling him not to bother covering up.
